Snafu

It was an absolutely spectacular day...sunny in the 80's...which for a winter day is not bad! Needed to go run some errands but wanted to check some ads online.  Bad choice!  I swear...I guess I will never learn to leave computer related things alone!

Had the bright idea to bring my bookmarks from IE to Chrome and everything went downhill from there!  It has literally taken me HOURS to be able to get back online.

I was so preoccupied with that, that I actually FORGOT my Spurs were playing tonight...grrrrrrr!!! Well, maybe it was all for the best as they unfortunately lost...:-(

My friends like to call it a senior moment...I do not like that terminology...I will just chuck it up to CRS (Can't Remember Doodoo).

Good night.  May you all have Terlingua Dreams.

  1. I have suffered from CRS most of my life. I can remember things from 50 or 60 years ago better than what I just did or said a few minutes ago. . . Dang, I must have forgot to eat breakfast, guess I will have to do that.

    1. I guess I am in good company then. Only problem is that I can not remember back in my younger days either. Thank goodness for my diaries and spiral notebooks (my journals).

  2. What a terrific header picture!

I think we have all done and learned so many things during our lives so far, and everything is still in place in our brains - it's just that our internal computers have slowed down and access time for the current stuff takes longer. The stuff from long ago comes back easily though.

    1. The current header picture is one of my favorites. It will probably be around for a while longer because of all the computer problems I have been experiencing lately.

I like your theory about CRS but like in my comment to Dizzy, I can not remember the long ago stuff either. Guess I am headed for early dementia :(

  3. Wasn't there a choice on that list to import from other browsers?

    1. Yes, there was...that is why I took a chance on importing it but I paid dearly for it.
