Hi Guys!

Hi guys, how are you all doing?  Hope all is well with each and everyone of my readers and friends.

Sorry to say that I have yet to buy a new computer and have traded one vice for another.  Went back to being an HGTV addict...a channel I had previously banned myself from watching.  Darn they have excellent new shows, one of my favorites...Tiny House Living (or something to that affect)...lol, my CRS has not improved :D

I am still waiting for them to finish the Val Verde County Library expansion which has taken way too long!!!  I think Del Rio is big enough to support two libraries.  The CVS went up in no time and our library is the size of that pharmacy.

We finally got some rain Thursday night and it came down in buckets. The worst part was that we were driving back from Uvalde in the middle of it all.

Good night,  May you all have Terlingua Dreams.

  4. I was trying to figure out if you would get an email, but figured since you weren't posting you probably didn't have email either. Glad to see you back.

    1. The computer freezes up constantly so the only place I can check my mails is at the local library but you are limited to using it for 30 minutes. The problem is that only in my main account I have over 2000 :(

  6. It's good to hear from you again. I always look for you, hoping you have posted. Love your photo - I was in El Salvador for Dia de los Muertos in 1993, and went to the cemetery where everyone was cleaning, planting and spiffing things up, decorating with flowers, etc., but no one was in costume.

    1. Hi Gypsy! You always come to mind when I watch Tiny House, Big Living at HGTV.

I had never been to a Dia de los Muertos celebration until Terlingua. I had seen it in documentaries but I never saw people dressing up for it. That is why this one is special to me.

    1. Hey Spurs brother!

I have high hopes for our boys...I am very excited about the new season :)

I white knuckled it from Uvalde to Del Rio during the rain event and I hope I never have to do that again.

Saw you all got to 97 today, we set a record temperature of 95...I am ready for fall to show up any day now.
