Good-bye January

Can you believe the month of January will be history in a couple of hours?  Time seems to be flying by fast the older I get.

Last week we went to our monthly doctor visit in Uvalde.  This time I did not even mind the four hour wait...felt like only an hour...go figure!  I also noticed that it is getting darker later which is great since I have poor night vision.

These past couple of days have been in the 80's and with the abundant sunshine it felt like a summer day.  I have no idea how people can make it up north with the low temperatures, snow and blizzards.

Has anyone watched the show about the 19 year old kid that is the psychic to the stars?  If it is really true, wow, it was impressive. That is the curse of an insomniac...watching shows of little value at the wee hours of the night. The other day out of curiosity I watched "Hoarders"...my goodness!  Talk about having nightmares, that show is awful!

As you can tell, I have nothing to write about...:D

Good night.  May you all have Terlingua Dreams.

  1. I agree with you on the Hoarders! How sad. I can't believe we are going in to the 2nd month of 2016. It's getting scary because I'm definitely past my good, active days!

    1. I am watching a new episode of Hoarders now...I guess I am a gluten for punishment. It is so sad! How can they have let it get so out of control?

Gypsy, I do not for a second believe that you are past your active days. You are more active than persons younger than you and I include myself in that group.

  3. Maybe it's one of those days where pulling up the blog and just saying hello is enough? The news that it's 80 degrees somewhere was good to hear! :-)
