I am sure they have their reasons and I have not tried it with other vendors but as many customers as Target has lost since they were hacked during the holidays you would think they would not want to alienate their remaining customers.

I happen to love shopping at Target and the cordless telephone I wanted is only available online.

Good seeing you :)MsBelindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09035993834877022676noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6538104263023802022.post-7286705091832585362014-07-19T08:01:23.458-07:002014-07-19T08:01:23.458-07:00Ed & Ms. B: So I gather it's not a battery...Ed & Ms. B: So I gather it's not a battery issue or a P.O.Box issue separately, but a battery plus PO Box issue? I recently had an extra lithium battery pack for my Hoover upright & handheld vacuums sent by WalMart to my street address in TX with no problems. Is it for anti-terrorism purposes they've imposed the restriction because want to track exactly where & to whom those things go?

Regardless, Belinda's right. Target needs to be more specific about why they won't send it to her if they want to avoid confusing consumers. They could miss out on sales to customers who'd qualify for delivery but who might erroneously assume since others have had problems that they can't buy them from Target either.leilanihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00491913174028325392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6538104263023802022.post-71293976346613731282014-07-16T21:57:17.425-07:002014-07-16T21:57:17.425-07:00Thank you for taking the time to go to all that tr...Thank you for taking the time to go to all that trouble Ed. While I agree that it has everything to do with a P.O. Entered a dummy street address in Del Rio, TX and received a prompt for my Credit Card information. I then changed the street address to a P O Box and got the restricted delivery message. Changed the address to Pahrump, NV leaving the same PO Box information and got the same restricted delivery message.

It is not a Texas issue and it is not a battery issue is is a PO Box address that Target does not like and where they will not deliver. There are other companies that will not deliver to a P O Box address; not sure why but that is your problem.edlfreyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16859730659143852274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6538104263023802022.post-54812853446313322552014-07-12T15:09:24.741-07:002014-07-12T15:09:24.741-07:00Hi Linda!

You might want to put masking tape on the end & write on that...
You end up with all that 'stuff' you don't use but it's stacked & marked so if you ever really wanted it again you might find it.
