Form 4868 has been mailed

The number one thing on my list for today was to fill out and mail off Form 4868 with its accompanying payment...and that is exactly what I did.  Now I have six more months to procrastinate before I file the actual return :-)

We had overcast skies all day with a low of 62 and a high of 73.  The thunderstorms that were promised finally materialized and we received .33" of liquid gold this evening.

Good night.  May you all have Terlingua Dreams.

  1. I am running behind this year doing my taxes, so may have to do the same thing. I will try to get them done today.

    1. That is wonderful Trouble. I saw on the news where your area was particularly hit hard with rain and hail.

Wish we had more rain .33 of an inch is not enough but you can keep the hail.

  3. We had almost 2 inches in Austin. Sounds like I got around 3/4 of an inch with a little hail on the place out Terlingua way.

    1. Jim two inches is a pretty good amount. Even more so the 3/4 of an inch in Terlingua...do you have rain catchment at your place?

    4. Jim, I figured you would have one in Terlingua but either way at least you got a pretty good amount in your place in Austin.

Did not know the city of Austin would let you have a rain catchment system in the city limits.

  4. dear Ms B, In order to post pictures or banners or anything on the side of your blog, first you create a file I call My blog. Anything you download pertaining to your blog goes in there. I get most of my signs and stuff from google images. I save them to my blog file. Then you choose design, click on layout, choose add an element, select image, pick your picture or image or whatever, place it where you want it by dragging it up or down. Ole! You are now filling up your blog with images! Hope I explained this good enough. the rat
