We are not morning people but we had to be at the hospital early this morning for a cat scan. It was rather nippy and was glad I found my jacket last night as it was needed.
Spring break is over in our school district. There was so much traffic, it is obvious Del Rio is no longer a small town. Glad it is not every day that we have to be out and about during rush hour.
I so wanted to take a nap after we got home but had other stuff that required my attention. Hopefully, I can squeeze in a trip to the laundromat this week. Oh yeah...and more weed pulling :-(
Good night. May you all have Terlingua Dreams.
Spurs Corner
It is not that I expect the Spurs to win every single game but how do you blow a 20 plus point lead?
Sports commentator Sean Elliot summed it up best "we had a win hangover".
We got complacent and along with turnovers, it pretty much sealed our fate. Only positive thing I can say is that at least we did not play at home.
Oh, just skip the weed pulling and take a nap.
ReplyDeleteI like your way of thinking.

ReplyDeleteYou have never seen how big my mother's yard is...I would spend a fortune.
DeleteI sure don't like rush hour traffic either, but sometimes you just don't have a choice.
ReplyDeleteI dislike rush hour but at least it's nothing like when I lived in Houston.
DeleteI believe Pop loves a beatdown like that. He'll use it as a "teaching" experience. They've probably been running laps for the past 12 hours! Poor Heat on Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteAt least we always come back with a big win after a defeat. Lets hope that doesn't change!
