Everyone knows by now that...if Momma ain't happy...no one is! One good way mother has of making me do things is doing them herself because she knows I will have to help her. Yesterday was spent doing a lot of indoor and outdoor chores. For once our trash bin will be full as I managed to fill up two of Walter's 50 lb empty horse pellet bags.
Had not had a chance to post a picture of my May 2013 chocolate cake I bought in Mexico. Gutierrez (a grocery chain) makes the best and cheapest ones in Ciudad Acuna. This one cost $120.00 pesos or $10.00 US dollars as the exchange rate was 12.00 pesos to one American dollar on Monday. Notice that even though it is made of chocolate it also comes with peaches and cherries...fruit is supposed to be good for you...isn't? :D
The cake looks lopsided because I had to make it fit into the ice chest and it had to be tilted a little. At least I did not mash it up like the last one :-)
