Tornado kills 16 in Ciudad Acuna, Coahuila

At approximately 6:03 a.m. this morning a category 4 tornado hit Ciudad Acuna, Coahuila, Mexico border town with Del Rio, Texas. This devastating tornado at last count killed 16 persons and caused damage to at least 300 homes.

A tornado had not been in the forecast and the city emergency alarms were never activated.
