I was awakened early this morning by all the thunder and lightning then the rains began. I have mentioned in the past that there are leaks in the kitchen but due to the drought, I had forgotten about them. Mother nature would soon remind me.
The San Antonio news channels mentioned Del Rio received 1 to 2 inches but I beg to differ. The webpage that masquerades as our newspaper failed to mention the rain though I will give them credit for reporting the overdose death of two Del Rio women and a male who is still alive but in critical condition at the local hospital after having ingested cocaine and fentanyl.
