In comparison to the rest of the nation, we have not really had very cold temperatures. It has been cold in West Texas, cold being in the 30's. Yet not cold enough to kill mosquitoes, darn what does it take to get rid of them suckers?
We are still not feeling up to par but at least I am doing better than mother. She refuses to take DayQuil or NyQuil or any other medication. If there is such a thing as a silver lining, it is that we have been sleeping quite a bit. If you are a long time reader of this blog you know I am an insomniac. These days I am getting at least ten hours of sleep...that is whenever I finally manage to doze off.

ReplyDeleteGSG - get to watch another one tonite. The way they missed so many easy shots last nite had me worried. But the turnovers were better and they played hard D. That's a great sign for the future win streak coming!

DeleteActually I am amazed we won, it did not look pretty at the start. Glad we got a win so it could help their self confidence.

ReplyDeleteI sure wish we would get one it would go a long ways to keep them at bay at least for a few weeks.
DeleteThe strays look to have fleas as they are always scratching themselves that would help in that department too but it is going to be in the 70's in a few days.
